Planning
Every project is taken from concept to the drawing board. Working side-by-side with the client. Each project is focused on by numerous people during the design, construction, and finish phases. I tell each one of my clients, if you see something that is not up to par, tell us; another set of eyes is always important on the job
Building
Building takes time. There are many facets that people don't understand. The planning stage includes going to the town or municipality to obtain the necessary permits and permissions to build according to the client's wishes. At this stage, sometimes it takes longer than expected. We are upfront with our clients about this right away.
Let's Build
At this point, all paperwork, plans, and agreements have been signed and are ready to go, so we can start the project. A progression is laid out for the entire project. Each client is told and given a schedule of things that will happen.
Custom Solutions
At this stage of the project, some things may need to be changed. Each one of those changes will be accommodated by a work order or a PCR. This gives us authorization to make those changes for our client
The Finish
Once the project is near completion, a scheduled walk-through will be held. Each facet of the project will be gone over and signed off on. The project will be delivered On time and On budget.
